Acceptance of these terms

By using the Gas’D Delivery website, contacting us, building a cart, submitting checkout details, or receiving a delivery, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Eligibility, age, and ID

Gas’D provides cannabis delivery only to eligible customers in locations where delivery is permitted. Adult-use customers must be 21 years of age or older. Medical customers must be 18 years of age or older with valid medical eligibility where applicable.

• You must provide accurate customer and delivery information.
• The person receiving the order must be the eligible customer named on the order.
• You must present a valid government-issued ID at delivery, and medical documentation when required.
• Gas’D may refuse or cancel an order if eligibility, ID, payment, address, product availability, or compliance requirements cannot be confirmed.

Orders and product availability

The menu, product details, prices, availability, THC/CBD values, images, and descriptions may change at any time. Product information is provided for shopping convenience and may come from brands, distributors, menu systems, or other sources.

Submitting checkout details creates an order request, not a guaranteed acceptance. Gas’D may confirm, adjust, substitute with your approval, refuse, or cancel orders based on inventory, delivery area, compliance, payment, or operational limits.

Delivery area and handoff

Delivery is available only in supported areas and only where cannabis delivery is allowed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change due to traffic, staffing, inventory, compliance checks, payment issues, weather, or safety concerns.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address, gate or unit details, accurate contact information, and a lawful place to receive the order. Delivery may be refused if the location is unsafe, inaccessible, prohibited, or noncompliant.

Payment, fees, taxes, and promos

You are responsible for all product prices, taxes, fees, delivery fees, tips, and other charges shown or confirmed with your order. Payment methods may vary by order, location, provider, or compliance requirements.

Promo codes, discounts, free-delivery thresholds, and offers may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended at any time. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

Cancellations, refunds, and returns

Contact Gas’D as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Orders may not be cancellable once prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

Cannabis product returns, refunds, or exchanges may be limited by law, product condition, safety rules, and compliance requirements. Gas’D may review issues case by case.

Responsible use and no medical advice

Cannabis affects people differently. Use responsibly, store products securely, keep products away from children and pets, and do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not use the site or service if you are not legally eligible to order cannabis.
• Do not provide false, incomplete, misleading, or third-party information.

• Do not misuse the site, interfere with checkout, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates law or safety requirements.
